Budget facility suddenly triple normal installment

I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with the service that I have received from FNB Premier Banking.

I transferred money from my credit card budget facility and found that they have settled all my other budget transactions and now have one huge budget transaction with an installment 3 times more than the original amount.

I queried this with my Premier Banker and have been told that it is a system error and it could not be reversed. I said to him, surely if it is a system error it should be rectified. He advised me it cannot be done they can only offer to re-finance the total amount over a longer period so my installment is the same.

Again, I said to him it is unacceptable to do anything on my account without communication and give an excuse that it cannot be rectified. I was also informed that FNB no longer offer a 3 month budget facility option and one of the reason they cannot rectifiy the problem. Since when?? When was this communicted?

I have requested to be contacted by a senior manager to resolve this but have not had any communication to date. It is unacceptable and I see no use being a Platinum customer if I my concerns are not addressed timeously!
