No explanation after initial Hellopeter complaint

After my initial complaint about what looked like incorrect billing, I received an sms stating that an amount of R1 077.71 will be credited to my MTN account. Firstly, no one had the decency to contact me to explain to me what the problem was or for which months the credit is for. Secondly, you have been taking money from my account, which I had to do without but now you're only putting it to my MTN account - I want it in my bank account and I want it now!
Thirdly, I've been trying to access my account details on the website and even when I put my cellphone number in to get my username, I never receive it. I also tried to phone in to speak to a consultant and I can't get connected.
I am not convinced that the credit amount is for all the months that I queried.
Please contact me and explain to me how you got to the amount and what the problem was.
