NO RESPONSE FROM HOME MARK

I ordered the Baba De Caracol Cream on the 12 February 2013 via my credit card, to date no reply to my e-mails & the phones just ring (011430&005), when they do answer then this or that person will call me back. i finally received an email (Thursday, email time 12.39pm) giving the Tracking No PE789 153 826ZA. i phoned the Post Office and they say its an incorrect tracking no and no delivery has been sent from Jhb. i am tired of phoning as its along distance call and they make me hang on forever. i want to cancel my order and get a refund please.
e-mails were sent to Cher, Ann, Marina & [Email Removed] you mean to say not one of these people can call me or e-mail.
