I've ordered and paid for a bottle of perfume from [URL Removed] on 27-Sept'13 as I could not find the particular fragrance in SA stores. [URL Removed] advertised that their delivery directly from the USA is free for order of R250 & more. My order was close to R600. They also advertise that delivery will take place in 7 - 14 working days to a post-office closest to your address.
The time of 14 working days has already passed and NO PARCEL. I've followed up with several e-mails just to get the same feedback from Wale (no last name) Sales Manager at ZASTTRA (PTY) Ltd > Phone 033 811 5035 or 033 345 2436 / Upon asking in various e-mails that they please find out what the delay is - Wale's response remains the same > mail from today: "Hello, We are sorry for any inconvenience you are experiencing but we are only able to offer you what the South African postal service are able to provide in terms of tracking of items from the USA. When SAPO finally upgrades all their systems, we can also provide better tracking for USA orders. It is not within our power or control to provide further details on your shipment until our government get their tracking system in order."
