I took a insurance for my ipad at edgars cresta. what i dont understand is why their manager was unwilling to assit me instead he would delegate to CNA stores to do his job
Finrite approved my claim for R5000 and i was to pay R300 in excess fees so i went to CNA store in cresta were i spoke to Pule and Sibusiso and they told me they cant honour the claim in CNA as per head office instruction and they advised me to go back to edgars to straighten up the issue since they were the one who issued the insurance my ipad. for three consequetives days i was being sent from pillar to post betwwen CNA and Edgars Store. on the 3rd johannes told me to go back to cna and tell pule to call chetty the regional manager

the second incident is when edgars decided to link a id number that does not belong to me on my account for what reason they did that i just wonder
its been over two weeks now when i asked for this anomaly to be fixed and nothing has been done as yet.
i even sent them copies of my idetification particulars

is this how edcon treats their paying clients. i wonder

if there is anyone proffesional enough within edcon please call me
