[#TKN-654-91975]: No response from seller - Order No. 58121412]
This ticket ID has been closed, re-opened then closed again. I have already sent through 2 e-mails to the Community Watch, requesting an address and ID for seller Cables R us (Adhik Singh) so that I can go the the SAPS.
I have supplied proof, in extensive e-mails to Solanche Schoeman and the Community Watch, that the seller edited the tracking number: PA316591459ZA (and presumably the e-mail address: Benjamen Blignaut [Email Removed] in the supposed reply he received from the SAPO in reply to his query. Funny how alarm bells didn't ring when BoB was forwarded the reply, but not the query!
Bid or Buy staff need to be trained to investigate thoroughly.
Since my negative rating on 14 March, the seller has received 4 more negative ratings - all on the same line - incorrect tracking number, no communications, etc.
This seller should be blacklisted until such time as all buyers have received either the goods or a refund! As I do not trust the seller, I want my refund done via BoB. His funds should be frozen and buyers who made use of the system should be refunded via the system out of these funds.
