Sending out my info to someone else, no consent!

Someone at Head Office (im assuming this is where it started) assigned my father to my account& sent my info& promotions with my details to his email address& sms were sent to him. I did not receive the emails or sms. I would not have even known about this, had my father not told me. I have never& will never have given consent for this! I laid a full complaint locally in PE& complaint was firstly not reported properly since then, late November to early December. I got occasional calls from local Woolworths asking if Head Office ever contacted me, they never have. Then they even stopped calling. So no one from head office ever bothered to contact me even after i said i want a full investigation into this, as how do i know my other information isn't being sent out to strangers i don't! This is a breach of my privacy& this has been handled very poorly indeed! I still want this to be investigated!
Another complaint, i purchased Woolworths brand muesli which had very hard pieces& hurt my tooth, i went in to complain at PE, got it there, they took the muesli. Shortly after they called, told me they will pay for my dental work, i asked for forwarding info to be emailed to me, nothing sent. Medical aid paid!
