2 WEEKS LATER AND NO RESPONSE ON MY COMPLAINT

I have been buying the Woolworths 3 pack knee-highs for years now and have mostly been very happy with them. But with the past 3 of 4 BOXES that I have bought they keep breaking with 1 WEAR!
I have not been back to the store to complain because I am not prepared to take worn, broken knee highs in for the world to see.
I submitted a complaint on the Woolworths website on the 13th of November and received an auto-response saying "Thank you for your query! We will respond in the next 48 hours" - I was not contacted so when the 19th of November rolled around I decided to write to the customer care address again... well, almost another week has gone by and I have STILL not been contacted - utterly disgusting service, or rather lack thereof, from a company that is supposed to have such high standards!!
