Incorrect statement

I owed R2843.17 on my Woolworths account and paid the amount in full on the 22/12/2010. my available credit at that stage was R591.00. ive not used the account since ive paid it in full on the 22/12/2010, but im still getting calls from Woolworths saying i owe them R500.00. the most recent call was from a guy named Norman in May 2013. seriously i think this is ridiculous as im a pensioner. seems like they dont know what is going on in their account department. i hope the right person gets this message and contact me as im am battling to get through to them and cannot resolve the matter.
