Like the many, many pages of compliments here on HelloPeter.com for YuppieChef, I have to say I agree.
I ordered a cheese knife for my wedding along with a box of piping bags and an oven thermometer (that was for me, not my wedding: P) and it was promptly delivered the next day, with a card (handwritten) to say thanks for the order as well as with a cute little "hello" magnet, and even when I placed another order a day later for a 2 more boxes of piping bags for R200 (cos I only ordered 1 last time and needed 3x), it was delivered that same day (I ordered in the morning), again with a handwritten card to say thanks and the magnet!
Thanks, YuppieChef, for such awesome service. Makes shopping online a pleasure :) Now if only I could afford more of your items haha!
