During Oct 2012 I was contacted by Tal Tracing Sercives on behalf of Old Mutual with regard to surplus pension fund of my late father. After many correspondence with Tal Tracing Services who acted as negotiator between me and the Trustees, they send me an email on 27 February claiming that they still need the original certified copy of the letter of executorship and Banking details of the estate. I forwarded all these info to the Estate Administrator Deceased Estates who handled the estate of my late father during 2008. The lady concerned with this case at the Estate Administrator phoned Old Mutual from the end of February, only to be told that they are attending to the matter. I also send emails to enquire to Old Mutual, but with no success. It is nearly a month later, and we still have no answer to what is going on. Can someone please assist?
