Year and half later and still no contact

I was retrenched from my work place in Sept 2011 a few days after I left I went to Woolworths Claremont branch to send my documents to the claim my insurance on my Woolworths account as it did or does cover being retrenched. Everything was sent though and they advised me to wait for someone from Head Office to be in touch. I heard nothing, so about a month or so later I returned to the same branch and resent the documents again. I was again advised to wait on a contact from Head Office. It has now been a year and a half since this and with many enquires and statements with added interest each month, I have still not received any information from Woolworths insurance regarding my account. Now I am getting tons of interest on my outstanding account, that should not be outstanding as my insurance has not covered anything! Not a happy customer at all!!! :-(
