Defy Freezer Dibacle

We purchased a Defy Freezer at Game Stores Vaal Mall assisted by a salesman called George.19 Dec 13: we reported that the Freezer was faulty. He logged a call with Defy n a technician was due to come on the Monday. 24 Dec 13: my father went to the store to enquire as the technician he didn't show up at our residence. My father explained the situation n the salesman spoke to the technician again who claimed that he tried to call n couldn't reach us, which he can't prove. In conclusion, he said the technician will come at 3pm. 4pm: I contacted the George to enquired about the whereabouts of the technician n he gave me the numbers for the Defy office so I can call him MYSELF. I did with no luck n finally the store manager asked George to find the number of the technician. Thereafter, George insinuated again that it's MY responsibility to call the technician n he's only doing me a favour-his words were [sic] "I am only helping u; ask ur questions to the technician urself." I call the technician who yelled at me telling me he isn't obliged to come fix the appliance n we (as customers) are exploiting his services. Least to say the service that we received from everyone involved was shameful
