Getting to the Dion Wired at 12h30 on a Sunday afternoon I wasn't surprised to find that they didn't have the item (a Nikon D3100) that they have on special till 21 May 2013 in stock. In fact this is what I expected as I had to go to another supplier in September 2012 because this outlet failed to stock a GPS (also on special).
I called for the manager (Mr Mbatha) and conveyed my disappointment. He phoned around to other outlets, found one that had the item in stock and offered to collect it and have it available for me at 14h30.
Thanks Mr Mbatha for going the extra mile!
To Dion Wired - please ensure you stock all your outlets with the stuff you have on special - your specials are still running for another two weeks!
