I was looking for a camera (in a specific range) and stopped at a few places, other Dion Wireds included.
At this point I decided to rather phone and hear if there is any stock of the specified model left anywhere.
I spoke to Gerhard and explained that the actual model I want, is too expensive, and I sadly have to drop to a lower model (of which no one had stock). Gerhard took the initiative to look at the latest promotions and informed me that the model I was actually looking for, will be on promotion soon. At this point Dion Wired had my sale, and if Gerhard hadn't taken the initiative the sale would have gone elsewhere.
