I WENT TO SHOPRITE ABOUT AN HOUR AGO HAD ONLY THREE ITEMS THAT I WANTED TO PAY FOR AND I GOT TO THE TILL THEN I SAW I VERY LONG LINE OUT OF THE LINE BECAUSE I SAW A SIGN EXPRESS TILL WENT THERE AND I WAS TOLD JOIN THE LONG LINE THAT HAS CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE FIILED UP THEIR TROLLIES.I ASKED THE CASHIER ISNT THIS THE EXPRESS TILL AND SHE JUST TOLD ME THAT THE EXPRESS PROCESS IS NO LONGER IN USE.THEN I DECIDED TO GO TO THE KIOSK BECAUSE IT WAS EMPTY, I GET THERE AND THE LADY HELPS ME SECONDS LATER ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS COMES TO THE KIOSK TO INFORM ME AND THE CASHIER THAT I CANNOT SKIP A LINE BECAUSE EVEN THE KIOSK HAS A LINE. I HAVE 3 ITEMS DOES THIS MEAN THAT I HAVE TO WAIT IN THE LINE JUST TO PAY FOR THREE ITEMS? SECONDLY, WHAT KIND OF A RETAIL OUTLET DOESNT HAVE AN EXPRESS TILL? THIRDLY KINDLY SIGN POST YOUR NEW QUEING SYSTEM SO THAT US STUPID CUSTOMERS CAN KNOW WHERE TO GO WITH OUR LOUSY THREE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SO IMPORTANT TO SHOPRITE SINCE THEY HAVE NO EXPRESS TILL FOR US., FOURTHY, TRAIN YOUR SUPERVISORS SO THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS OR ILL TRAIN THEM MY SLEF.
