SHAME – NO CODE OF CONDUCT

Upon paying only the Express Line and Till's number 9 & 13 were open. IWaited in till 13 line patiently until the row made a bend up to the fridges. I noticed your Banner with "Manager on Duty to assist you, 012-5200370, of which I called and the phone rang for 5 minutes without being answered. Tried again, no answer. An employee, seen in the picture, hanged around between Till 9 & 13 and before long she returned with an operator at till number 12 and the Controller (Suzan) that opened it. The employee in picture was given preference to pay her R4.04 Achaar and business went on as usual without thinking or looking who was where first etc. Asked for the Manager, in a meeting? At the steps the employees were looking down to me. I can walk up the steps to see him/her, of which I can't since I am disabled. Emma Moloko came down, listened and after showing her the calls I made, Ohh no, that is not the correct number. Showed her the Poster and she was left amazed? You guys I presume do not have a Code of Conduct neither do you care about the customers using your shop. If the employee with Achaar, Controller, Till operator 12 are not customer orientated. We are contributing to your wages!!!
