I placed an order on the 3rd of December for two books. An inital response was sent to me informing me that my parcel would be delivered on the 17th of December (although when I placed the order the estimated delivery date was actually the 13th).
I finally received ONE of my books on the 6th of January and when I checked my order its shows that book books had been delivered. Actually this is what was displayed before I could even receive any of the books I had ordered?
So what I would like to know is where exactly is my book? And how is this okay? Does this not actually amount to as the payment has gone through?
