Rethreched, no cover even with insurance

I was retrenched in November 2013 while had an account with Edgars, this account was covered with an insurance from the store which they were taking every month, the cover covers retrenchment. I submitted my document in Edgars randburg of which they check if the account was covered for insurance and confirm with me that yes it was covered. I was reffered to a guy by the name of Kgotso, a manager, the guy does not know customer service at all, he is just so rude that I did not have energy to be fighting with him. First of all he wanted to make it impossible for me to even claim, asking to certify the letter of retrenchment and the UIF form, where on earth can you certify documents that are not original. I finaly got those documents certified which was difficult because the Policy told I can't certify this that are no original, which makes sense. I submitted. I asked that Kgotso guy what happens then, he said I will receive a call.up untill today, the only thing I get is calls from Edgars collection wanting their money and also I found out they have listed a slow payer on my name with transunion. Please I lost my job and that's the only thing I wanna constrate on not Edgars rude people please.
