I had requested pre-ordered books to be delivered to an address, however once the books were ready to be delivered there was nobody at that address to receive them. I phoned Kalahari the day of the delivery and requested for the address to be changed. I did not wait long to speak to the consultant and the books have been delivered on the same day to the new address. Wow this is really top notch and excellent customer service. Thank you Kalahari and your staff :)
