We ordered 5 books from Kalahari on 3 December 2013. Their website and TV add states that delivery will be within 7 days. They sent us an email stating that they do not have all the books in stock and that delivery will only be on the 23rd. We phoned them and stated that that is not good enough. They must send what they have in stock as we must have it by the 20th as some of the books is for a birthday present. To this they agreed. Come the 21st only 1 book arrived. There were suppose to be another in the post but is nowhere to be found. Now we sit with no birthday present. Thank you Kalahari for this absolute pathetic service. You can not relay on their promises at all.
