I purchased cot cot mobile a few months ago and after a few weeks, seem to be replacing batteries weekly which has passed the R750 mark that I paid for the mobile. I have been complaining to Baby boom for over a month with no response. I called head office a few times and have been told there is no one available to assist and that someone will call me back. Well its been past a month now. What ever happened to customer service??? Really disappointing
