We have had our AC1100 Angel care Baby Monitor 2 weeks as we got it as a present, and unfortunately the Nursery unit just stopped working for no reason had somehow gotten damaged and it doesn't work. I phoned the angel care customer care cell number which never got answered 082 863 2331 is the number, so I took it in to baby boom in greenstone shopping centre and the manager there is very helpful she took my unit and gave me a rental one which I still have, she then spoke to the angel care rep and the rep told he ok it's not working they have to buy a new one for R946.00 which is absolutely disgusting to say the least, we got it as a present and is was working and just stopped working unfortunealty i don't have the slip as it was a present and the people is overseas.
I went to go fetch my unit and put batteries in it and it went on but now the video monitor is just blue so i took it back to baby boom for the rep to check it again because from she saying its not working to its going on so i thought it can't be that big of a problem, so yesterday baby boom phoned me again and said the rep says we have to buy a new one.
I'm not going to buy a unit for R946 and angel care doesn'
