Trimtech repair - Daughters 1st Birthday party

I bought a Trimtech 650w trimmer on the 1st of December 2012; and used the trim cutter twice trimming my grass edges in a relative small garden when the unit started making a strange noise and sounded as if something had broken off in the motor compartment. I stopped using the unit immediately and returned the unit to Makro Cape Gate on the 16th of January 2013 as the unit is under a 12 month warranty and got issued Repair Note 2125221.

After numerous telephone calls to Makro Cape Gate to find out what is the state of my repair I am constantly being told that the department that I need to speak to is not responding and that they will call me back with no avail.

Today is the 20th of February 2013 and I am at a complete miss as to when and if ever I am going to hear from Makro to the regard of my trimmer. Being 5 weeks since the unit was returned I am ashamed to have people come over to my house and see the state of my garden and is now facing a grief reality as it is my daughters 1st birthday party this weekend which we wanted to celebrate in our garden.
