We bought 2 bottles of Cedar Mixed Berry Ice Tea concentrate and after already mixing one bottle (5 litres) of the cold drink we discovered that the ice-tea smells strange, and after tasting even worse. It tastes as if the cold drink has been infused with bleach or some kind of medicine. We thus opened the next bottle... same smell and same awful taste! This is unusual, because we normally buy the mixed berry and also the lemon.
We contacted Tiger Brands, as we paid for two bottles and could not use one of them as it was AWFUL! They still have not replied after one week, not even a note to acknowledge receipt of the complaint!!
I am SO disappointed and even more so because they did not even bother contacting us!
We kept the bottle of concentrate which we did not dilute yet, as well as the empty bottle and some of the already diluted cold drink.
P.S: it was not the water... its purified water!
