Wanted to find out why you have repair policies but you don't comply with them.
I dropped of my portable Aircon unit on the 12 Feb 2013. And up to now i have not received any response from Makro.
Your policies says that I will receive a response in 10 days of drop off it has been more the month now and still have not received any response from Makro. On the 26 March 2013 it will be 6 weeks and you policies said 6 weeks for repairs. So what much I contact you to remind Makro of their policies or what?
So my question is way do you have policies if you don't keep to them?
