ATTENTION TO RUSSELS CALL CENTRE RESOURCES
I would like to inform RUSSELS about the manner that their call centre resources are harrasing me about my account number 0006365290180219753. they are very rude and very arrogrant when they call me regarding my account arreas that i have to pay. I went to the MAKHADO RUSSELS to instruct them that they should deduct my installments via a debit order. i gave them all my details including the account number that they should debit monthly, they didnot do that. im paying my installment by cash. i know that my account is behind BUT they didnot do their job and they are harrasing me when they call me daily. this is not good at all.
please can they stop calling, me and place a debit order to deduct my installment. im tired about their call centre calling me every second day and they are very very rude and arrogant
