So this is the second time this is happening where russels takes money out off my account twicethey bill me twice for one account the last time I had to spend more then a R100 of airtime calling your stupid call centre being transfered to one person to another this was my last money your timeing was perfect this time I won't be calling after my money I want my money back into my account by this afternoon y would you take my money twice without calling me? I want my R532 in my account and if this does not get sorted out I will be taking this matter futher if this is the service russels provide I must say you big time once was enough and now again for the second time i hope I'll get a call in the morning regarding money you have that was not authorised!!
