Had a issue with a few red bulls I bought a a local pub that were flat (not gassed) Between the pub and red bull neither have seem at all bothered about the fact! Have phoned Red bull office in Cape Town 4 times in the last 2 weeks to complain and complain about them never getting back to me. It seems the lady in charge of this area complaint's Sarah has a habit of never answering her messages or returning calls. What a useless person ..why put somebody like this in charge of complaints if she wont deal with them and she in fact becomes part of the complaint?? Russell martin was the last person I spoke too and he has not bothered to deal with the issue either passing it off to a Chris Goldman both of which are managers but the only thing they seem to manage is a lack of service, disregard of their customers and a breeding of disgust for the product.
Red Bull ..I will not be drinking anymore of your product in the future. I will not support a company that will not provide any back up or service or stand by the product they sell... You are useless and will be sure to share my sentiments about your service and product to all!! I don't expect a reponce to the above or the email
