NO DELIVERY OF GOODS

HI a lounge suite was bought from russels on the 6 april 2013 and so far there is no delivery of the goods felt like cancelling the whole deal if my experience with RUSSELS starts like this went AROUND TOO MOST OF THE RUSSELS BRANCHES WITH NO AVAIL IT LOOKS LIKE THE GUYS AT RUSSELS OWN THE PRODUCTS THEMSELVES
