I haven't got any response from Russels after the complain i have lodge, The JD Group said i owe Russels R79 or R120 i am not sure, i sent them an email asking where does the money come because i had a contract with them for 24 months and i paid them for the 24 months but they refuse to forward me a paid up letter. please see the below email i had sent them but haven't had any response

My argument here is: i had a contract with you (Russels) for 24 Months were i had to pay an amount of R656.00 and I have been paying my account up to date besides i was never told that my last payment will be R735.05, I phoned your call center in April to check when is my last payment and they verified by saying "The last debit will be on the 28th of May".
To my surprise, when I phoned on Friday last week i was told about the R79 that I have to pay just after asking for a paid up letter, and this week when i phoned again i was told that i owe Russels R120.
Where does this money come from?
What charges are these?
Why was it not calculated from the installment?
Why was it not communicated to me on my first purchase in the store (that my last payment will be R735.05?)
