On Saturday my Partner contacted Russells as we are having a problem with the TV we got on account finally after alot of complaining and fighting Kevin (who is very rude) fetched the TV yesterday (monday 18 Feb) he phoned my partner back an hour later and said" listen woman there is nothing wrong with your TV you need to buy the expensive aerials not the cheap stuff" Today my partner phoned Russells to hear when we can expect our TV back and she was told next week when the bakkie is in Knysna from George, This is really ridiculous if there is nothing wrong with the TV then why must we wait a week to get it back? I am not paying such high installments for my TV to sit in a store room not being used by me, this branch really needs some looking into, How do I know what is going on with my TV while it is in a store room? how do I know it is not getting damaged? This really is not on.
