In 2007 I bought a LG Mini Hifi Sound System from Russells. It broke down the same day as of delivery. The next day I took it back to the store and demanded a new one. I was told they will send it to their repair centre in PE and this is per their rules and the contract I sgned with them but I said it did not even finish a day. Never the less I went home and it came back after 3 weeks with the same problem as it only played for an hour then it went dead. I sent it to them again and they told me if the same problem persist on three occassions I will get a new one.
To cut the story short it came back again and it did not play. I decided to take back to them with the speakers hoping that I will get a new Hifi Sound System but that never happened because every time I went to the store I was told the manager is PE to authorased that. I gave up and stopped paying the account and now I'm being thretened by thier lawyers that I must the account. I asked do you even know why I stopped paying the account they don't know. I told I'm more than willing to go to court because I don't even have the sound system Russells has it.
