My mother bought a 42' TV and washing machine last year. The Promo that Russells had was when you buy the TV you get a keyboard which they call it a web box with. A month after the deal went through we have not receive any TV or web box, so we went back and the stock clerk Vinty, he gave us a TV off the floor (with a remote that does not even work and no web box) and he said that as soon as the new stock comes in, they will delivery the new TV to us, even if it takes up to a year. So we accepted the TV and trusting Russells for their Service delivery. Being almost a year, we went back last week and spoke to the store manager David Smith, but he claims he does not know anything about the transaction and now they claiming that the sale went through after the promo. We are basically paying the full price for a second hand TV with no promo stock. Saterday when we went back to the store, as we entered, the store manager, looks away and does not greet, giving us I bad attitude. I would advice people not to buy their furniture at Russells again. Russells needs to look into this matter and come back to us.
