I have laid a complaint via the Parmalat website approximately more than a month ago and have had no response.
I bough two 1 liter Steri Stumpie milkshakes and both were off (not drinkable at all). It was also not past the expiry date.
Since I have not heard from them I have had no choice but to dispose of the milkshakes.
I am really disappointed in the fact that Parmalat, my first choice when purchasing a product, returns the 'thank you' in this way.
