Disconnected at Call Centre

I purchased 1 litre of Parmalat EasyGest milk on 4 March 2013 at Pick 'n Pay Constantia. When I opened the milk yesterday (4 March 2013) the milk was sour. I had unfortunately already thrown away my till slip so I contacted the number on the bottle, 0860006455 and the agent answered but I got disconnected, I tried the number a second time and again disconnected. Then I tried the Call Centre number from the webiste, 0860 66 44 22, and I was disconnected AGAIN.

So will someone at Parmalat SA please check their call centre phone lines. And go check the EasyGest at P'nP Constantia.
