When will this be rectified

Despite complaining twice directly to Parmalat and once to Pick' nPay - nothing has been done, despite their assurances, to rectify the quality of the flimsy cups containing the six pack smooth yoghurt. There is invariably leaked yoghurt congealed on the sides between the cups, where the cups have split in transit and the slightest pressure necessary to separate the cups, causes the yoghurt to seep out of the adjacent cups, because the thin obviously incorrect grade of plastic splits. This is highly unsatisfactory and a potential source of serious contamination, I would have thought an International company of Parmalat's stature, would have been acutely aware that these flimsy, poorly made cups were unfit for purpose.
