I bought a ryobi line trimmer in September 2012, it suddenly stopped working, since I relocated to Ruimsig I took it to Game Clearwater and the staff there were happy to exchange or refund, I kindly requested them to locate another branch with stock of the same item and arrange an exchange. Few minutes later the assisttant returned and few shops had stock, I requested to arrange with game soweto to which they did. Upon arrival Soweto refused to adhere to the request Clearwater put and said the fact that they agreed to have the item in stock does not mean they are willing to exchange. I drove forty kilos to and from for nothing Game!
