Delivery? yes, no! so WHEN!!!

I bought some items at the store on Tuesday. It is now Sunday. Still, NO delivery!
I spoke to the people at the shop and was assured that my items would be delivered on Thursday.
Well it didn't happen, and then it was Friday, nothing! Saturday, well in all honesty I could not be available to take delivery on Saturday, as I just so happen to live outside of the confines of being controlled by the shortcomings of the Joshua door.
I was then told that my items would be delivered on Sunday!
They didn't even open on Sunday.!!!
The "good family" of Joshua door!!!
This is not acceptable!
