In December 2012 I return a defective portable hard drive and took it to Incredible Connection as a claim to the warranty offered. The person accepting my claim (Monique Williams) was very professional and explained that the supplier is closed for warranty claim but will inform me when early Jan 2013 on my claim. She kept me informed every step of the way until I was refunded with the option of selecting a new drive for my misfortune. The result of my claim was good but the service of keeping me informed every step of the way was sheer excellence in terms of service delivery. Incredible Connection (Cape Gate) is my new favourite shop and I will be supporting this shop.
