On the 28/11/2013 at 09H20 is went to Incredible connection to buy the WD My Passport Ultra 2.5 2TB Hard Drive only to be told that they made a mistake and in their 28/11/2013 specials cataloque... The problem that I have is that I wasted my time and petrol to go to the Menlyn branch to buy the product that was advertized only to be told that I can not have that product. They also still had the Specials Catalogue in the front of the shop.
I also spoke to some lady in the customer care department about this, but all she did was to apologize.
Time, effort and petrol to go and buy something that was advertized = No Product = Disappointment and dissatisfaction. Not sure if i will ever buy something again at incredible connections
