Bought a hard drive that went faulty 7 months ago. Drive is still under warranty. Incredible connection will either get data off drive for R 1800 (50% more than I paid for the drive) or replace the drive if I give them the old drive. I told them I did not want to leave the old drive with them as it contained sensitive personal information. They then do not want to replace the faulty drive. UNACCEPTABLE
