Better and Better!

I'd like to take this opportunity to commend Stuart, the manager on call at the Sandton City Checkers on 10 January 2013. I arrived at 19:02 (2 minutes after the store closed) in a desperate attempt to purchase a set of spanners in order to sort out a vehicle emergency. Though, apprehensive at first (and even fearful of a possible staff backlash at allowing me in, which is another matter that may need attention since management shouldn't be held to ransom by their staff) I believe he demonstrated good management skills in making that judgment call by allowing me in - since after all it was an emergency and in retrospect, had he not allowed me in you can imagine the hello peter complaint that would have ensued. So well done to Stuart, he certainly has the makings of a good manager!
