I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Incredible Connection for listening to my complaint and taking it seriously.
When incorrect pricing was advertised for the WD 2tb Hard Drive and Bertie (Vincent) would not sell them to me. Then 3 days later for Terry from the Vincent Branch to actually telephone me and tell me that I could purchase the hard drives at the price advertised, and for also being so polite and helpful when I arrived - WOW.
Again thank you to Incredible Connection for thier integrity in this matter.
