Still no feedback after 2 weeks

I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter on 05/02/2013. It was regarding an account protection plan that had been put on my account without my knowledge or my consent and that Immaculate Buthelezi had refused to remove from my account even after I had provided her with proof of my own policy which is what the Edgars letter said I needed to do. Mokone called me on 06/02/2013 in response to my complaint and advised that someone from the "accounts management team" would contact me by Friday 08/02/2013 and that he would also follow up with the query to make sure it was sorted out. I HAVE RECIEVED NO PHONE CALL SINCE!!! I called the number Mokone had given me on 11/02/2013 but was advised that he was not in. I spoke to Steve who took down my reference number and advised that he would call me back immediately with feedback. That never happened!! I tried calling again today and again Mokone is not in. Cherise said she would assist me but the phone call conveniently got disconnected and when I called back I was told she was busy. I am so frustrated and disgusted by Edgars! If the complaints department can't assist you then who are you supposed to turn to??? Perhaps the National Credit Regulato
