I lodged a complaint on the HelloPeter website on 21/05/2013. Yet once again Edgars has stalled with their PATHETIC customer services. Although I submitted my ID number as requested ON EVERY REFERENCE NUMBER I received, they yet once again requested my ID number before they could assist me This has been stalling since 15 Mach 2013. I have given Edgars numerous times to adhere to my request, but you failed. I will be lodging a complaint, with all correspondence proof, with the Consumer Protection Act department AS WELL AS the Financial Services Board as Edgars.
