This is the second time I've needed to contact Pick 'n Pay's Customer Care and both times they've been incredibly helpful and polite and willing to refund. Not only that, they also takes steps to prevent the problem from happening again.
If you need to return a faulty product, don't bother taking it back to the store, rather phone Customer Care - they are far better trained to handle these sort of situations. (Response via email was a bit slow, so it's better to phone, but all-in-all they give great service!)
