On 30 July 2013 I submitted a customer complaint on the Pick 'n Pay website, as I had bought a Pasta meal kit that once cooked was completely inedible and not the flavour marked on the box. I received an email back thanking me for my submission, and stating that they would get back to me. Now a week later, I am yet to hear anything from them. Considering I bought a Pick 'n Pay branded product, I would have thought that they would respond and sort it out as soon as possible.
