Florist with Terrible Customer Service

Last week, I placed an order of a flower bouquet, namely "Fire and Ice" for delivery on Thursday last week, being 14 February 2013. Teleflorist DID NOT make delivery on the day, I emailed them and they responsed the next day to find out if the flowers had been delivered, suffice to say that they were only delivered on the afternoon of Friday 15 Feb 2013.

As a valentines gift, I dont think anyone would be happy to receive a gift late.

To add further insult to injury, the flowers were not in water "Aquapack" and Hugo de Klerk of Teleflorist could care less that they had not provided a service asd agreed. Further, he actually had the nerve to blame me as the customer for not following up on an email I sent him on Thursday 14 Feb 2013, I guess some people are a slight impatient or maybe they just have no idea how to deal with customers.
