Our fridge under guarantee developed a problem. 3 weeks ago the technician came out, checked the problem and told us he will order the part needed. 3 weeks later and each time we contact them a long story is given, they refuse to give us a fridge in the interim-we are a work place who runs training sessions with students whom we also cater for and feed. All our produce for catering is bought from Pick n Pay! we spend thousands of rand's annually at Pick n Pay and yet they have no problem taking 3 weeks and counting or replace our fridge in the meantime. We feel disrespected, annoyed we are even considering not shopping at any Pick n Pay store no longer. On top of that all we have is a reference and 100 different people at a call centre to speak to! Their customers are not special!
